7 day shelf life guarantee

We are constantly working to ensure that you get the best quality on the items you order from Vivamart.no. It also applies to the durability of the goods we deliver. Because it is so important for us to deliver good quality, we have a seven-day durability guarantee on computer-labeled goods.That is, all data-tagged goods you receive from us should have a minimum of 7 days of durability from receipt of the item. There are some reservations for items that are of particular short durability. One example is a dairy product like milk. If the durability guarantee does not apply, this must be stated in the information for the item.

Vivamart.no is committed to reducing food wins. By actually shopping online groceries, you actually help to reduce your food business, because you trade more of what you need and less of everything else. In order to reduce food, we also encourage throwing the least amount of food.Should it happen that you receive a product with less than 6 days of shelf life, according to the date tag, we are encouraged to use the item. But if you do not want to use a product with such short durability, then you can contact customer service and we will replace the product for you.

Items with less than 3 days shelf life should not be packaged and delivered to our customers.

Double value guarantee on fruits and vegetables

We know that you expect high quality of all the fruits and vegetables you buy from us and we pick fruit and vegetables carefully and selectively.Should you still have something to put on fruit and vegetables delivered by us, we offer a double value guarantee for fruit and vegetables. This means that we refund twice the current item or twice the payment for the item in question if you have anything to postpone fruit and vegetables provided by Vivamart.no. If you choose to receive twice the payment, we will add this amount to your customer balance that you can use the next time you shop with us.
