Description
TRS Tapioca (also known as Sago or Sabudana) is extracted from the cassava and is a staple food in the West Indies. It is commonly used as a food while fasting among the Hindus in India. Boiled Tapioca is a traditional favorite of Keralites where it is normally eaten with fish or beef curry. It can also be used as a thickening agent.
