Description
Chutney means purée and can be made of fruits and vegetables, and is known to be served with Indian food. Niru’s mango chutney is made with mangoes, ginger, chili and thyme. It is a mix of sweet, hot and bitter. Mango chutney is perfect to serve with Indian dishes, but also tasteful with cheese, barbeque, vegetables, meat, fish and rice. The side dish has a naturally long-lasting durability because of vinegar and chili’s preserving effect. Masalamagic’s chutneys gives an extra taste to both warm and cold dishes, and is exceptionally good with papadam. 1-2 teaspoons are usually enough per portion. Try it as marinate on fish or mix with sour cream as a dressing.
