Masalamagic’s mango pulp is made of sun-ripped Indian mangoes of rich quality. It is perfect for smoothies, sorbet, granola, cakes, different desserts, drinks and as a sauce for ice cream and fruits.

While growing up in Norway, mangoes were one of the things she missed the most from India and it was rare to see. This was the beginning of this product. Our mango purée is made of handpicked Indian kesar mangoes, which are a very naturally sweet type and is called the queen in the mango family. The mangoes are picked when they are perfect sun-riped, washed, cleansed and packed under thorough control so the fantastic taste and quality not is detracted.
A box contains 96% mango and weighs 850 grams. When opened and put in a clean jar, the purée can be kept 3-4 weeks in a refrigerator. You can also freeze the purée.
